  • Looking for Pet-Friendly Sober Living in Phoenix Area

    Hi everyone,

We're searching for a pet-friendly sober living facility in LA, or nearby areas for our relative who is struggling with drug addiction. One of the most important requirements is that the facility must allow pets, as he has a cat and a dog that he’s very attached to. Having them along for this journey would be a huge emotional support for him.

Does anyone have recommendations or experiences with sober living homes in the area that accommodate pets? Any suggestions or advice on facilities that could help him in his recovery while allowing his pets to stay would be greatly appreciated.

I highly recommend Design for Recovery in LA. They offer pet-friendly sober living accommodations, allowing your relative to bring his cat and dog along for emotional support during his recovery journey. Having pets around can provide immense comfort and stability, and Design for Recovery understands this. Their facility focuses on creating a supportive, home-like environment where individuals can heal and grow while receiving the care they need. It's a great option to explore for your relative's needs. I know some lads are very crazy for pets and interestingly, this sober living has allow people to bring pets. Give a read to this article especially about pets: https://www.designtorecover.com/arti...in-los-angeles.

This is a good thread as I have a medium sized Huskie, I am in Arizona and just finished 3 months at https://www.phoenixsoberliving.org/ and this is the first time I've completed a program, the house was amazing, they happily allowed my dog and everyone there was super fond of my pup and I loved the pool but more importantly I liked the meetings we went to and the group of people at those meetings. Its like they know the best meetings for different people. For me being young, I liked the YPAA meetings we went to 2 a week. Highly recommend for Arizona people
