Follow the below given steps to create an app password in Yahoo Mail

1. Sign in to your Yahoo Mail account.
2. Click on your profile name/icon in the top-right corner to open the account menu.
3. Select Account Info from the dropdown menu. You may need to enter your password again for security purposes.
4. In the Account Info page, click on Account Security from the left-hand menu.
5. Scroll down to the App Passwords section and click on it.
6. If prompted, enter your Yahoo Mail password again.
7. Click on the Generate App Password button.
8. Select the app you want to generate a password for from the dropdown menu. If the app is not listed, choose Other App and enter the app name.
9. Click on Generate to create the app password.
10. Copy the generated app password and use it in the application where you want to access your Yahoo Mail account.
